AlThing Site
The 2261 (2011) 29th Annual Asatru Alliance AlThing will be held from Shedding (September) 21st -25th, in Christopher Creek, Arizona.
The grounds will be available on 9/21/11 at 2 PM for early arrivals. There will be no structured events during the day, but we will serve an evening meal. Later there will be a social hour around the campfire, featuring mead and cookies.
This is the same site used for many previous AlThings. Free camping is available on-site for tenter’s and RV’s. There are no utility hook ups. This is a U.S. Forestry group site, so amenities are limited. The location has some of the prettiest views in Arizona. Nestled in a pine and oak forest at 6,000 ft elevation with abundant wildlife present. We will explain camp safety during the event. Days will be warm to cool with cool to cold nights. Plan accordingly.
Numerous cabins for rent are available close by, prices are reasonable. I suggest reservations before the event.

If you are driving to the AlThing, please let us know if you accept riders. If you need a ride, let us know. Although we make no promises to secure you a ride, we will try to help. If transportation arrangements need to be made to help you get from a bus location or airport or if you would like to try to arrange to share a cabin rental please contact Info@althing09.com or anyone on the contacts page of this web site.
